How to check an NH35 case

The dimensions, interfaces and details to check before choosing a case advertised for NH35.

How to check an NH35 case

A case advertised as “for NH35” is not verified by the seller title alone. The reference is a useful starting point, but it must be checked against the geometry and configuration of the build.

Check that NH35 is stated explicitly

An explicit mention shows the compatibility claimed by the seller. It is commercial evidence, not an absolute technical guarantee. Always check the selected variant and full description.

Check the movement cavity

The manufacturer drawing provides dimensions for the movement and the specified spacer assembly. These figures help rule out options, but one matching dimension does not prove that a case fits.

Check the supported dial

The TMI NH35 drawing shows a 28.5 mm dial. The dial's outer diameter and the visible or supported case opening are not necessarily the same measurement.

Check the dial seat, rehaut or chapter ring, and every limit stated by the case manufacturer.

Crown and stem

The current specification places the NH35 crown at 3H. Confirm that the case, tube, crown and stem match the specific build configuration.

A case may mention NH35 while offering variants with another position or different components.
